As
part of Pine Rivers District School Sport, Dakabin participates in the Junior Interschool sport program for Years 7 – 9 against various other schools in the
district during our scheduled interschool sport time. We offer a range of sports, as determined by
the district each year, and for a fee, students are able to trial for a Dakabin
State High School interschool sporting team.
Successful students are then given the opportunity each week to compete
against a variety of other schools in the district in both the Summer and
Winter sporting seasons. Pine Rivers
District School Sport also convene ‘Gala Day’s’ for Year 10 students each term
which allows this year level to participate in a 1-day sporting event against
other schools in the district.
