Our teachers are committed to excellence in teaching practice, evidenced through their commitment to professional development and ongoing reflection and dialogue.

We are proud to be a Lighthouse School for Classroom Profiling, demonstrating our commitment to creating the best possible learning environment for every student. Classroom Profiling is a research-based professional development tool that supports teachers in refining their classroom management strategies to maximise student engagement and success. 

Our school is home to two Accredited Facilitators who train and support educators nationwide and within our school, as well as several Instructors who guide our staff in continuously improving their practice. This expertise ensures that our teachers have access to high-quality coaching and reflection, leading to calmer classrooms, stronger student-teacher relationships, and improved learning outcomes. 

We are proud to have two Highly Accomplished Teachers (HAT), Madalyn Kate, and Lauren Adsett and one nationally certified Lead Teacher, Mandy Freshwater. These prestigious certifications recognise outstanding teaching practice and leadership, reflecting the dedication and skill of our staff. Their achievement highlights our commitment to excellence in education and ensures our students benefit from high-quality learning experiences every day.​
