Enrolment Information
To enrol your student, please collect an Enrolment pack from the Administration Office during school hours. All completed documentation is to be returned completed and then your student's enrolment will be confirmed by the Enrolment Officer.
Documentation includes:
Most recent school semester Report Card. This will outline to the Deputy Principal the student's current Academic, Behavioural and Effort achievment levels.
The student’s Birth Certificate.
Any court documents outlining custodial arrangements for divorced or separated parents. Without this both parents must be identified on the Enrolment Form at the commencement of an enrolment interview for access to student records as well as contact details in the case of an emergency situation. Statutory Declaration if required.
Medical reports (if applicable)
Visa documents and passport (if applicable).
